Mission

The FAO/WHO Joint Meeting on Pesticide Management (JMPM) works as an advisory body to FAO and WHO on the lifecycle management of pesticides in agriculture and public health. It supports the development of guidance documents, leveraging its technical expertise to facilitate the implementation of individual articles from the International Code of Conduct on Pesticide Management. They also advise the Organizations on policies, guidance and key actions to support Member States on sound management of pesticides.
