HeRAMS country implementations: Snapshot September 2025

Overview

The Health Resources and Services Availability Monitoring System (HeRAMS) supports countries with the standardization and continuous collection, analysis, and dissemination of information on the functioning of the health system as a whole and, more specifically, on the availability of essential health services and barriers to their provision.

This infographic provides a summary of the achievements made over the past 12 months (October 2024 to September 2025) in enhancing the monitoring capacity of health service delivery units (HSDUs) at country level, utilizing the Health Resources and Services Availability Monitoring System (HeRAMS). Over the course of the year, a total of two new HeRAMS projects were successfully initiated, and over 82 000 HSDU updates were submitted. This remarkable progress was made possible through a network of 6000 data contributors.
