WHO Thailand’s plan to procure the End-of-Project Review and Documentation Service under Request for Proposal (RFP) No. 2026-02. The detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) and related Annexes are attached for your reference.
If you are interested in participating, please submit your complete proposal in accordance with the format and requirements specified in the RFP document.

- Deadline for Requests for Clarification: 14 August 2026
- Proposal Submission Deadline (Closing Date): 23 August 2026 at 11:00 P.M. (Bangkok time)

- Technical Proposal – including all required supporting documents. Please submit the Technical Proposal and supporting documents in one email.
Please note that the inclusion of any financial information in the Technical Proposal may lead to disqualification of the Proposer. - Financial Proposal – please submit the Financial Proposal in a separate email. The Financial Proposal must be valid for 60 days. VAT 0% (WHO is entitled to VAT exemption)
