- Keep children active, such as with games, hobbies and outdoor time
- Ensure at least 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity daily
- Support children to use their imagination and be creative
- Let children play and learn to get along with other children
- Limit their screen time so it does not interfere with play and sleep
